I was kept up to date on when Bob would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He seemed fair, honest, and very helpful. The part that failed was the Microcomputer. Bob and I both agreed that it did not make sense to replace such an expensive part on a 22 year old dryer.
