Our service man, Robert, was very professional, timely, honest and courteous while conducting the services rendered. Made time to be patient and informative with my questions while reassuring me with payment options. Definitely will be doing business with Sears (if needed in the future) lets hope not :) However, I now have an honest reputable business to rely on !! Thank you!!! Robert and Sears Lyz
