I waited all day and could not get a human on the phone. Received a message at 3pm that the tech would arrive by 2:30pm The technician was great, pleasant, knowledgeable and got the job done! He made up for the fact that Sears Repairs gives you a nine hour window that your technician might arrive in !!

No complaints. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. He left the place cleaned up when he was done. I wish the price was less but I guess that's the going rate.
