The technician: Bob, was professional, stayed on task, took care of the washer. It was diagnosed and running in an hour. He called before arriving, gave a good estimated time and was done with my washer working as needed. Happy customer. Service was great. Thank you.

Technician communicated clearly via text, and called shortly before arriving. Quickly asked history of problem, and LG diagnostic via WI-FI. They said it was the evaporator fan Moter. And the terrible experience with them after it failed 1 1/2 years after it was purchased. the technician diagnostic from Sears said it was the compressor that is part warranty for 10 years, and suggested that I contact LG.
