We needed service on our Kenmore oven but, we were going out of town. We arranged the appointment because we could have family in the home for the appointment. You prepay for the service appointment, and we included the actual make and model for our oven as per the instructions so, the technician could have parts available at the appointment. The technician shows up, without the parts for this oven, has to order the parts for the ignitor and reschedules the appointment after delivery of the parts. When the part arrived and the technician came back to install the part, the oven was never started to verify it worked. It didn't! Now we have arrived home and our oven does not work. The broiler and the surface burners work but, the oven does not light and it does not smell like gas is coming through when you try and start the oven. So, now because we have been out of town, I have missed the 30 day window to check for any issues.. Now, I have to start over and make another appointment to figure out why the oven is not working. The oven did work before this service appointment.

Technician did a fine job, including offering advice about the future of the washer and dryer. Scheduling was a disaster. I originally had an appointment for the washer, dryer, and microwave. Rescheduled at 2 p.m. after I waited six hours. Work rescheduled for two days, one for washer and dryer and separtate appointment for microwave. This requires yet more hours of waiting around.

The technician is great; the system is poor. Website will not let you add appliances and schedule a visit at same time. So I needed a visit on refrigerator, but could only make appt on existing dishwasher. Tech arrives, he doesn't work on fridge. So $100 deductible, then made appt fir fridge, another $100 deductible. Called customer service, 24 minute wait, agent tried to resolve and refund first $100, but not authorizes. told me to call another number. After I get fridge fixed,, will terminate. Your system SUCKS!

I had to fix my appliance myself because my appointment was scheduled for the first week in April and no-one came!! I wasn't going to wait until mid-May for a repairman to come. James was very knowledgeable and professional when he was here in March. From now on, I will search for a private repair person.

Literally waited all day, took work off on a Monday (quoted time from 8am-5pm), 4:30 rolled around and I’ve received zero updates or calls so I go to call them and it’s AI who simply asks if I’d like to reschedule! Um NO, I just wasted my ENTIRE day waiting for a repair technician, like seriously?! I want some consequences, an explanation, some accountability?! But no, they ended up being a no call no show then having zero options to speak with customer service. They waste your entire day then wash their hands of it by not answering their phones. That’s a scam. And no repercussions. I will NEVER use them again.. they actually need to be put out of business or shut down for doing this to people. That’s insane. Disgusting.

I'm posting a one star review, I wish it could be ZERO stars, because that's what I received. I did not receive any notification of service the day before, as I was told that was what was going to occur. I did not receive any notification the day of the scheduled service. So, I called. I was told that the tech would be here between 2:30 and 3:30. I made sure I was here. When I pulled into my driveway, I noticed that our small stone wall had one of the stones knocked over. I also noticed that there was a ground up spot on our one week old pavement where the tech's van had turned its wheels and knocked the stone over. We know, we looked at our Blink camera to see. The tech was an hour earlier than our service window. Usually this is a good thing, but when I'm told when to be here for a tech, I AM HERE. So, I called the Sears phone number and was told the service was already completed and I'd need to open a new work order. The service company had an old phone number that was not connected to this service at all. All I wanted was to have the tech return after his next call. NOT ONE PERSON WAS ABLE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. THIS IS A ONE MONTH OLD REFRIGERATOR AND I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR WEEKS TO GET IT FIXED. A SIMPLE CALL FROM THE TECH COULD"VE ALLEVIATED THIS APPARENT MISCOMMUNICATION. I'm beyond upset and tired of the Ai and automated phone BS and the idiotic complication of this process. It's a waste of my time, energy, patience, and quality of life. PLEASE for the love of god, DO BETTER. It's really not that difficult.

I just had a repairman (Mark) come to my house to diagnose a problem with a Frigidaire dishwasher. There’d been a “UO” error code. He said it would require the replacement of a fan and quoted me just under $500 for parts and labor. He never took the dishwasher out to look at it; the only thing he did was removed the bottom panel. When I said I didn’t want to spend $500 he replaced the bottom panel and left. I had mentioned that when I checked online for “UO” it said it was a connection issue. But he said the fan needs to be replaced. After he left I checked online and it said the back of the dishwasher needed to be accessed and checked. See attached screenshot with highlights. I believe the technician just wanted a big paying job and didn’t want to really find out what’s the problem and how to best fix it with the customer in mind. I’d also like for Sears to contact me re this matter. I have tried to do it through phone but have had no luck. Will continue to try. Very disappointed.
