Marke expertly and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the fix will cost more than purchasing a new dishwasher, but that's life and that's not Mark's fault! 😉 I paid the service fee and we parted ways. Nice job Mark. Have a great summer!!

The technician gave excellent, professional service. He explained the problem with our refrigerator and what we needed to do to fix it. He kept us informed of his arrival time. My only complaint with Sears Appliance Repair is the completely inept, frustrating, time-wasting use of AI. Despite the excellence of the technicians Sears employs, I will not use this company again if I have to go through an AI robot to schedule.
