Our technician came from one state over even though it was snowing and fixed our oven in less than an hour on Christmas Eve after it had been broken for over 4 months. He was the best!

James explained clearly what he felt the issue was. He was clean and didn't leave a mess! He made sure to fully check everything and not the leave a piece of the machine over looked. I will say it sucks that this took over a month to get handled. But I am glad that he did eventually get here and was finished in like 40 minutes. He kept us posted through out the day which helped so we weren't completely stuck in the house all day waiting. Fingers crossed this lasts!

My LG Front Loader wasn't draining. John arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thankfully, he had the hardware and fixed the machine. Completed within 30 minutes. Polite and helpful with maintenance information.
