The repairman was excellent and efficient. You should be happy you have him. Your booking system however is very poor. Need to speak to a customer service rep when booking or changing appointments You had booked me for 10/20 for a follow up visit after the parts were delivered but no one came. Then you booked this appt without consulting me. I have been without a working dishwasher for 5 weeks. Not acceptable.

Except for the fact that Sears gave me a 9 hour window of when he was coming which really messed up my whole day, when he came he was very nice and helpful. There is NO Excuse to give a 9 hour window!!! I could have done many things that morning. He came at 2:45PM THe least you can do is say morning or afternoon!!!

John is a great tech, very professional, and quickly diagnosed issues for us over several appliances

Tech did an excellent job. The problems and disappointment we had were with the management that runs the schedule. We had an original date of June 7 2024 for our repair. We got all the reminders and parts had been ordered and delivered. We were told that day the tech was coming 8 to 5. Messages kept telling us the service was on schedule. We waited and no one came. Tried calling different phone numbers and could not get a live person to talk to but were told we were scheduled even after the day was up. We ended up rescheduling and got the June 26 complete with the fact we had the parts needed. Never any contact from a live person to explain the missed appointment or get us rescheduled quickly. We have had service for years and never had any lack of service like this before. Management should be ashamed of the way they are running things and bring back personal service. The tech was great and did his job well. He would get your best rating and the system setting it up would rate your worst rating. Just wanted to let you know what I thought.
