Unfortunately the office had our poor tech go past our house this AM then past it about an hour away then back up here and made it just before 5. He didn’t complain. Got right to work and did a great job.

Ruben was fantastic and deserves 5 stars! But everything else about the Sears process was garbage. AI texts messages didn't go through. I didn't get text alerts about arrival times, and there's no one to talk to unless you can scam the text bot system. Added frustration to an already frustrating time.

Mark was nice and knowledgeable. Very professional. It knew how to fix my dishwasher but didn’t fix it. Told us the parts to buy and how to fix it. (Not what I expected in a protection plan)

Pd $129. for service call understandable. But to pay $10 to unscrew the top part of the stove burner to clean the pilot cap was ridiculous. So total cost was a hundred and sixty dollars. He stated it was the parts and labor. He wasn't even here ten minutes.

Mark, the rechnician was outstanding... There was a delay in getting my part which was a bit frustrating because I could see the factory part available online at numerous locations. Regardless the quality of equipment service was impeccable.

Everything was fine , although not sure why they make u confirm an appointment 8 tomes and then switch it up on u basically 8 hours earlier in the day .

The repair man was lovely & called before arrival as requested. He warned me from the call he did not think it would be affordable to fix, which ended up being the case. Sears didn’t do a good job of updating his arrival time - which they said online was 8-9 am - but he called me at noon. Not his fault. Couldn’t reach a live person to tell me status before he called which was frustrating. He was however reachable once he called me from his cell.
