Tec are great but customer service is to put plainly Sucks you talk to a computer and not a person if you like talking to a computer then you will like them I dont

Both were quite good. I wish you could choose at least a 4 hour window...8-5 is kind of hard, but our oven works again!!

Tech, Jim, was excellent, informative, Productive, pleasant. A&E scheduling policies are terrible. I had to take a whole day off of work because they can’t give me a window in which the repair will be done. Too many emails coming in, no way to communicate going back out to A&E

The tech I had today was great. Lower score is because of multiple appointment changes with no notice or regard to my scheduling. 3 months from purchase to repair
