Twice the tech didn't show up and there was no phone call. We waited the whole day!!! No show!! It took two months to get the fridge repaired after we waited for the initial appointment for one month. Total 3 months of aggravation. I will never order an appliance again from Lowe's. Sears appliance is unprofessional and terrible. Don't bother!

Don't bother. They won't service anything if you use the warranty too much. What's the point of having a warranty. They said they don't have any techs to do the work. Rip off.

He said he saw signs of a rodent and immediately stopped. Yet there was no actual damage, signs of damage, nothing chewed or frayed. There were minimal "droppings" and it was questionable as to whether or not that is what he saw. Now he has reported that there was damage. There is absolutely no damage. Due to this, our warranty has been voided on a $4k stove that we have owned for less than a year and used for only 9 months as it has been inoperable since August.

Two days in a row I was told that the technician would be here to fix my stove. The first day no show and no contact. The second day a voice mail at 9:30 am said he would arrive between 2:30 and 4:30. I called his number at 4:00 got voice mail left a message asking if he was on the way and to please give me a call. It is 5:48 now and again a no show and no communication whatsoever! If I could give this company and the technician a zero I would. Completely unreliable.

Appointment scheduled for today, confirmed with multiple texts, even talked to the tech a few days before, and then they never show up in an already large window of 8am-5pm. No communication. Online system has numbers that don't work and a chat that doesn't help you at all; it's impossible to talk to anyone. Guess I'll have to find someone else that wants the business.

In January of 2023 I asked sears home service to come to my home per my home warranty to take a look at my LG dishwasher that was throwing an AE error code- the technician stayed for 10 min and said he couldn't find the problem 2 months later a new technician comes out and tells me hes replacing 3 parts. He replaces the parts and says were good to go. At the end of august i selected an appoint for them to come relook at the dishwasher as it was having the same error code. The technician cancels the apt in the middle of the day cause he got sick My appointment is then rescheduled for an additional 3 weeks out I again take an additional day off from work. The technician never shows, at 5pm im calling to find out where my technician is. At 530pm i get a call that states my appointment has been canceled by the technician again and that I will have to wait an additional 3 more weeks for a new apt. 16hrs of missed work due to their last min cancelations 10 weeks without a dishwasher and having to supply a family of 5 with paper plates and cups because we can't keep up with the dishes. Was reschedule to 10/17/2023 called 4x the day of the appointment to confrim that a technician was coming to be told absolutely. At 1:30pm i get a call to say the technician is not coming and the next appointment is 4 weeks out. I explained that this was unacceptable and there was zero remorse and zero care this is now the 4th time i will be rescheduled and no one calls me back from dispatch to assist with the issue

I found it absolutely absurd I had to wait 3 weeks to have my oven fixed! I pay my monthly bill religiously in expectation something happens it will be fixed in a timely manner,I couldn't be more disappointed with your business practices! It's one thing you screw people over but it's another to hide behind a rock with absolutely no way of talking to a representative in person! I hope I don't need your service in the near future because as far as I am concerned I'm just wasting my money! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Our washer broke back in August and after needing parts 3 times and being cancelled on twice the scheduled day they were coming. Once they cancelled at 4:42pm after waiting since 8am for them to show up. The end time is 5pm so they cancelled 18 minutes before the end of visit time!! We have spent over $200 at the laundromat since August!! I was sent a check for $50 to cover it. This is disgraceful. Years ago Sears was a great company, now it takes over 5 appointments to get a washer fixed!! A very unhappy customer!!
