Jeff has been here for several issues and he has always been so professional and provides such great customer service! I would recommend him for any repair needs.

Jeff was great. However. Taking 6 weeks to do this was unacceptable. Multiple last minute cancellations after time taken off with no human to ask questions to is ridiculous. AI is all you get and it sucks. Will never use again.

Jeff does fantastic to work. We have had a recurring issue with an appliance and he has been back a few times to get it working. He's always a pleasure to work with.

The technician provided was good customer service. However, I was not happy with the fact that between when I turned in the order, he came out and couldn't look at it. He said because of where it was, he could not take the doors off to move it out from the space. It ended up being a problem with the starter the switch that turns it off and on. Also, the fact that I had to wait always a week in between and one week that I was waiting they had to reschedule and could not get me in until a week later. I think having a time between one and five is too long to wait. To me it should be either morning or afternoon.
