He was friendly and very quick to put repair parts in and was done in less than a hour.

We were so impressed by his and Tony's professionalism and expertise. They did a wonderful job and fixed my dryer.

I was pleased to have Bill come to look at my washer on Aug 4th to see why it was leaking. He found the problem and ordered a new drain hose. The downside of this was that he is the only Sears service technician. As he was going on vacation I had to wait 2 weeks for him to come back to install new hose. I think if Sears is going to have a repair service they should hire more technicians. What are you going to do when Bill retires. I would like to use Sears in the future if needed but it will be only as a last resort.

Bill did a good job! He figured out what our problem was, gave us an honest assessment of what would it would entail to fix it, as well as a thorough estimate for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was too old to have the necessary parts still available. Good honest representative of Sears Service. I would recommend!
