Connor came in diagnosed the problem ordered. The part part was lost at the post office. I drove over there got the part. Your app does not work very well and trying to get a hold of people. I was trying to let them know. The part was not here yet your app does not do that. You need to add more options for your app to keep in communication. He would've wasted his trip if I hadn't gone to the post office to see why it wasn't delivered to my house. There was no way for me to track the shipment on the app like the app says I can that is a fallacy both Connor and I try to do it.

Dale was very professional and helpful to getting our lawnmower up and running better again. We were happy and sad for him.. learning he was retiring and he will no longer be servicing this area.

Dale was awesome. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Extremely knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it within minutes of seeing it. Great customer service skills, explained how to fix the issue if it occurs again and gave tips for how to prevent it from happening. Going to request him by name if we have any other issues. Give this man a raise, he deserves it.

Roger arrived on time even with icy roads that morning. Did a great job repairing the dryer considering the part was difficult to access. He was considerate to remove his shoes because of the snow even tho we said he could leave them on.

He was a knowledgeable good guy and fixed the problem.
