Great Service Tech. Discovered the problem quickly without having to pull the dishwasher out. Toothpick lodged in the pump. Problem solved an out the door in about an hour Very respectful and great customer service skills. Keep him on your payroll

Easy to use online site. Computer tracking of everything: times lines, what was going to happen etc great. Kept informed. Serviceman on time, personable, knew what he was doing and did it. Give him 5 stars for coming to remote area twice!!! Overall, good experience….so far…..will see if problem actually solved but looking good so far. Overall, Sears Online Repair did what that said they were going to do… Very satisfied.
