The technician was cordial, inspected my washer for causes of the problem, determined necessary parts were not available anymore. He made what adjustments were possible. He provided model number, parts needed, and gave good advice on what features to look for if I need to purchase a new machine. However, he did not provide his name, so I could thank him in this review.

Technician isolated trouble to switch on new GE dryer. The dryer is under warranty and I could not have it repaired. I am hoping to have the same tech out to complete repair.
