My appnt was scheduled 3 weeks out. As time passed and customers would cancel I would get texts with offers to move into those spots. Simple yes or no. In the end I had to wait less than 2 weeks. Our tech, Nicholas, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, parts were sent to my house, and installed quickly with no problems. He's very friendly and kept me posted when he was on his way. He's been here before working on a different problem. We are lucky to have gotten him twice. I have a broken refrigerator too. He said, " Sorry, I don't work on refrigerators."
