Bill called in the AM and relayed his intentions to arrive and work on our appliance. He listened to our evaluation of the problem amen he called and made a request to facilitate his arrival. He arrived as he indicated and discovered the issue promptly repairing the problem easily and provided excellent routine actions to prevent a future problem from occurring. Great experience.
