My rating is on the technican not the business. I was scheduled for a call today 8 -5. It showed his eta around 3:30pm. I monitored the tech throughout the day to see where I was. At 2pm he was on his next to last job, making me his last job with an eta of 10:32pm. After staying home all day not hearing a word from anyone I tried finding a phone number to call Sears. There is not one. Totally unacceptable. I then called my warranty company who also had limited ways to communicate with Sears. I told them there was no way the job he had before me was taking him 7 1/2 hours and I knew he wasn't going to show at that time. At approximately 5:30pm he called and said he would be here in 30 min. Prior to Sears going out of business I purchased all my appliances from them along with their warranty. Recommended them to everyone. I know times have changed but leaving your customers with no way to contact except via an automated system is unacceptable. Had I known I was his last call I could have tsken care of other things but instead spent my entire day WAITING. UNACCEPTABLE.

The service tech (Alex) was on time, very professional, snd made sure I understudy what was going on. Unlike the Sears company who turned a blind eye to my dilemma regarding what I consider a time sensitive matter.

Ronnie was great fixing the dishwasher for my tenant. Called me when on his way as requested. Kemonti Norman showed up at the house to fix refrigerator. He was to call me first. Then never showed at 4 p.m
