The service repair an was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and listen to my concern. Our technician was definitely 5Star technician. Sears it self is Terrible to deal with. You can NEVER speak to a person only the computer generated responses via “chat”. Not good custer service in my opinion. Perhaps listening to your technicians would be helpful
