Scott is always does a nice job for us. He always explains the problem and the solution. He's good with our dog, Barney, too! The only minor issue was the estimated arrival time of 11:30 vs the actual arrival time of a bit after noon, but I don't know how this system works.

Eugene was super friendly and helpful! It took a few visits because the needed parts were not immediately available, but he was persistent and did an excellent job repairing our LG range.

Nicholas was awesome and he gets a 5! He diagnosed it properly, was kind, and on time... Can't tell you how much I appreciate him. However, the process to get it repaired was painful and extremely frustrating. It took 3 months of AI generated scheduling and rescheduling.

Great Service Tech. Discovered the problem quickly without having to pull the dishwasher out. Toothpick lodged in the pump. Problem solved an out the door in about an hour Very respectful and great customer service skills. Keep him on your payroll
