Our technician Corey was able to come and diagnose our problem in no time, and this was after 10 weeks of waiting for a part that another technician had said we needed from his diagnosis of our problem, but Corey was able to fix it because he figured the real issue out, because he actually knew what he was doing. The part the other guy was waiting for would have cost Sears $1500 bucks because of our protection agreement, but Corey fixed it and replacement part might have cost Sears $10 bucks! We were just glad someone showed up who knew what he was doing!

Hate the all day window from 8am to 5pm. Have to hang around all day. That being said my technician was very friendly and got the job done quickly.

Lawrence was professional, very friendly, wonderful personality and he explains what he is doing and why. I like that.

Nick did an excellent job and explained what he was doing and why. He checked for safety which we appreciate. He deserves and an attaboy and a raise.

On the first visit, Bill found out what the problem was. The part was ordered/received and Bill returned to complete the repair. He worked quickly and quietly and my appliance was back in working order. Bill also called before he arrived, which I appreciated.

Parts showed up as advised... repairs were completed as scheduled. Was kept advised through the process.

The tech that came to our home was great. He explained everything but we had to wait 2 weeks for the parts for the dryer and then they rescheduled for 4 more days. Great tech but way to long to wait to get it fixed. Giving a 4 star for the tech only.
