On the first visit, Bill found out what the problem was. The part was ordered/received and Bill returned to complete the repair. He worked quickly and quietly and my appliance was back in working order. Bill also called before he arrived, which I appreciated.

The tech that came to our home was great. He explained everything but we had to wait 2 weeks for the parts for the dryer and then they rescheduled for 4 more days. Great tech but way to long to wait to get it fixed. Giving a 4 star for the tech only.

It’s taken maybe 3-4 visits to get my washer on track. The technicians are nice but I think they get so busy they forget things, close the ticket then you need to call back over and over, because someone forgot to order a part or something was missed but the tickets keep getting closed out as if nothing else needs to be done. And it hard getting a person on the phone if you call the 1800 number. All of this happens while the appliance still had issues and not fixed yet.weeks of back and forward and the occasional no show or rescheduling out of nowhere of appointments by them, so if you take off of work for there appointments just know that it may be for nothing if the no shoe, reschedule or come at night instead. I think it’s a reflection of them being short staffed maybe. If you have the patience, they will get the job done, just keep following up with them along the way

The service person did his job as he should. However, setting up the appointments is a nightmare. I have four appliances on the service agreement and the AI person is VERY difficult to deal with for multiple items. The first appointment only had the range included and the repairman waited 45 minutes to see if he could add the other three and take care of it while he was here. He never heard back from his contact and had to leave to go to his next appointment. Next I scheduled appointments for the dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine for today. Two of the appliances were for service but the dryer showed up as a repair. The technician stated he would have to charge me $200+/- if he worked on the dryer. So he only serviced the dishwasher and washing machine today. Then his report showed a $50 charge for today’s visit and he had to get that corrected. I cancelled the dryer appointment for today and now I have scheduled another appointment for the dryer. That will make three trips your service people have had to make to my house PLUS I have had to be available from 8-5 each time.
