The technician was great. Now Sears just needs to follow through on his recommendations . I have been waiting all summer to get this issue resolved. I have not had air conditioning all summer upstairs where all my bedrooms are. The technican has put the paperwork for replacement for the one unit but nothing has happened yet. The other unit is starting to have issues because of the overload on the one remaining system.
