Tim was our technician today and we were very pleased. He was friendly, professional and cleaned up as he repaired our freezer. He took time to explain what he was doing and taught us about the control panel.

Aaron was very responsive as I put in a request for service and he called immediately to schedule. Broken dishwasher was. More expensive to repair than it was worth and I appreciated his input.
