FIVE STARS for Johnathon, NOT SEARS customer service scheduling dept. I had to miss 3 full days of work due to scheduling on SEARS part NOT mine. I lost more money by not going to work vice the cost of the warranty and parts I would have had to buy to fix it myself. There is only an automated person to talk with and NO real person to complain too, which I'm positive was by design.
