Tyler was on time, was able to work through a series of steps to confidently resolve our problems with the dryer. He then disassembled the machine to remove additional lint and dirt. The 14 year old machine is working as new! Thank you, Tyler.

Todd was very nice, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. It wasn't immediately evident what the issue was. He was very patient in determining the issue and solving the problem. I would welcome using Todd if/when a repairman is needed in the future.
