My GE dishwasher quit working after 6 years. Brandon, with Sears Repair, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and installed the new parts, restoring it to working order. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and respectful during the three visits it took to accomplish this. My extended warranty served its purpose.

Brandon was friendly and pleasant to talk to. He pulled the ice maker apart. He showed me where the problem was and then put it back to working condition. He check the entire refrigerator before he finished. He was very thorough. I would recommend him to everyone.
