Customer service dealing with chat line and call center was the absolute worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend at all! The technician who came to pur home to fix our Dishwasher was outstanding! He was very professional and kind! He need to open his own business!

It is a Sears product, but Sears doesn't have parts for thier equipment. I feel like it was simply an exercise in "please by a warranty from us". Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and personable, but that doesn't fix anything. So now, I am down $240 for nothing. When Sears sees this review and says to contact them, just go ahead and refund my money and we will call it even. Wasted 3 days in this and my tenant is still in the position. Thanks.

Started repair in March.A part was ordered repairman was due early April. Part came the week after.Many calls later each time I told them part arrived.Early May I fixed it my self. I started telling them I no longer needed repairman. They kept telling me repairman coming.I advised them I was no longer at my residence I was away for summer.

Still need another visit, Middle drawer on refrigerator not working, Was Advised by Tod repair person that wire to drawer was damaged with the repair today and he’s coming back with parts to replace it, then I could give a better idea of the service, but what I think of it

I shared photos/make/model info of issue with my dryer so the technician could come prepared to fix as it was the dryer knob and timer that had stopped out. Technician told us they do not carry parts, so The service call was completely worthless and then they quoted us double the price for the part than what is showing at online retailers.

May 28 Tech Todd arrived. Price was out of my means. Cancelled schedule. 1 1/2 weeks later I decided to have tech return. Tech Todd diagnosed the issue was a control panel. He ordered parts they arrives a few days later. Tech Janes M. Came to install The panel and electronic board. James M. Said the problem is the heating element not the control panel. I had received a replacement heating element and James installed it. This did not solve the problem again. when this issue was not resolved, I called it in and Todd came back in a few days later and the parts that he ordered were not here so he couldn’t do a repair job. He did recommend running the dishwasher and run it with the load. If that doesn’t work, I should call back for a service Call once again. I’ve been charged for all this stuff. I did receive a credit $300 for the other control panel that was supposedly ordered. I was told to wait 30 days then it will not cost me anything in parts or labor. I kind of doubt it with the track record for this repair, but I’m following what they’re asking me to do. It certainly hope I get some more cash back instead of repaying for every time a tech walks in the door.

Todd did not show up yet sent me a receipt for services that said I had accepted which I did NOT!! There was even a signature on the receipt which was NOT mine!! Seriously. Show some professionalism!!

No body came to my house. My appointment has been canceled 4 times with no courtesy call. After the fact. This is the worst service i have ever witnessed from Sears. This has never happened before. I am highly upset. And my dishwasher is still broken. I rescheduled the next appointment for March 24, after another no show by your staff. Unsatisfactory.

Do not use this service ever… they are incompetent, infuriating and it took 8 parts and 4 appointments to replace a control panel in an oven. It is impossible to speak to an actual agent and when you finally get one they lie and and disconnect you.
