Sears told me to expect service to show up anytime between 8 am and 5 pm, and they would contact me when he was on way to house. After waiting all day with no word , we finally got a message around 6:15 pm that he was en route. Kyle arrived at 6:30 pm and was very friendly and pleasant, fixed the problem quickly. Thanks Kyle!

My technician was extremely courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my Samsung 3 door refrigerator, and had it repaired in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend Sears Appliance to anyone. I gave my technician a 5 star rating, but he deserved a 10.

Excellent professional tech service but extremely poor scheduling with unexplained cancelling and rescheduling that happened at least six times over a period of two + months. At one point we even got a message telling us our appointment was scheduled for a date two weeks prior to the message’s date. Atrocious mismanagement.
