Kyle was very professional, seasoned technician! As for the company he works for "0" As they declined to honor the extension warranty I paid nearly $200.00 for. It was determined that it was not economical to repair the washer. But Kyle was a true professional!!!

He was very nice and was training someone. But they did not fix problem water is still pouring on my shelves in refrigerator. My food items are getting wet!

Overall rating

The service man was fine on both visits he made. However, the constant text messages were a bother and we had to wait all day for both visits, from 8:00 until about 4:30. Couldn't his visits be scheduled for 8:00 to 12:00 or 1:00 to 5:00? Also the bill for parts and service was very high.
