First off, this location no longer exists. There is no storefront, which has made customer service (which is lacking deeply) very difficult. I first requested Sears servicing for my Frigidaire appliance in March, and the technician was kind and seemingly knowledgeable. After the repair, the tech suggested that I purchase the Sears Homes Services warranty plan, and I did. My thought was that he did such a fine job with my fridge, why not purchase added protection for all of my appliances? BIG MISTAKE! (I also learned that the techs may be getting a kickback, but I do not know this for sure). I subsequently had to request servicing under the warranty plan, and it was a nightmare! For two months I have had multiple rescheduled appointments due to missed or cancelled service visits – on Sears’ part, not mine. Last week, I had 3 reschedules! Also, the online scheduling system is not very intuitive. And the customer support is extremely lacking in support - it is an outsourced call center full of people who can do little but follow a script, put in service orders (that never truly go anywhere), and promise calls from management that never happen. I have been nothing short of disappointed and frustrated with this whole ordeal. It feels like a scam. My only recourse is that I learned that I am not the only customer experiencing these issues - their Facebook page is riddled with stories like mine.

$350 for element and replace burnt wires that was ridiculous.. Then been asking for the worksheet on parts and labor for over a week,called him he said it should've been sent to my email... couple days later called sears had me on hold 20mins then I finally spoke with someone.. she told me it would be in my email in 72 hours.. never came.. So next time I text sears and while at the same time texting Technician every other day with no response... But Sears tell me the technician hasn't closed my account yet that's why they haven't sent it yet.. I told them they're looking real suspect and told them Good Day..

Technician is a 5, Sears customer service is a 1!!!

My refrigerator was running but wasn't freezing ice cream. When the technician finish with it, my refrigerator wasn't running at all. Now I'm without a refrigerator.
