Lee was excellent in explaining a complex problem with this HVAC unit which still needs to be resolved once the dye and sealant results come in after the unit has been running for a while. Lee explained what to check for in the coming days to determine the extent of possible coil leak and he added dye, sealant, and refrigerant. I am concerned with the toxic mold as I have a respiratory impairment. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional.

We have had three things repaired recently by the same two technicians and a plus one on the oven microwave. There professionalism, their skill, there cleanliness and there ability to explain what they are doing and getting everything fixed has been wonderful.
