My service technician Gabriel is a definite keeper, you will get no one better for your customers. He is very knowledgeable on my defective refrigerator and even drove over 50 miles to get me a new compressor. The compressor that was sent to me via ups was damaged and broken. I would have had to wait another week without a fridge. Gabriel took the lead and had us up and running by 9:00pm that evening. This was the second compressor, condenser, main board that was put into this garbage of a refrigerator within two years. Great work Gabriel.

We were told a technician would show up between 8:00 am and noon, this technician showed up at 3:45 pm. NOT HIS FAULT, he didn't receive the assignment until 2:30 pm. He was professional, answered my questions and cleaned up well after he was finished.

Kent knew what he was doing, listened to me AND hopefully solved the problem. Kent.....again, KNEW what he was doing. He fixed my washing machine within 30 min. If he had been sent to repair my dishwasher the first time......It would have saved me 3 service call fees---before he came. He is the one that solved the problem. Give him a 5 star rate.
