Stephen was available within a few days of request, personable, professional, efficient, and an expert (40 years in the business). He also leveled our washer, checked hose connections, and stabilized the drain hose. He went over and above our expectations. Highly recommend this service company.

My service was good. So far the freezer seems to be working fine. We just put meat in it to night. We let it run for a few days to see if it was working.
