Terrance arrived on time for my repair appointment. I liked being able to track his arrival time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Parts were ordered and appointment for installation made during the visit. The parts arrived just as he said they would. And he came back and installed them on the appointment date we had agreed on. He also gave us a couple of suggestions regarding our refrigerator. We were extremely happy with the entire process and especially Terrance!

My technician Lee was very knowledgeable and friendly. His work was very though and he walked me through his inspection. He answered all questions I had. Would definitely recommend Sears Appliance especially Lee for HVAC repairs.
