My technician Lee was very knowledgeable and friendly. His work was very though and he walked me through his inspection. He answered all questions I had. Would definitely recommend Sears Appliance especially Lee for HVAC repairs.

My dishwasher was not working. To find out the water to the unit had been turned off. That’s why the soap was not dissolving. Steven took care of that and also checked it out to make sure there were no other problems and also vacuumed underneath it.
