He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. He is also the one who came the 1st time and found out what was happening. I want to say that you need to have a real person in customer service. AI is fine for scheduling, rescheduling etc. But I had 5 or 6 appointments that were all no shows until today. Do you know how frustrating that is for a customer. And AI can only ask if you want to reschedule. I wanted to talk to a real person to find out why I kept getting canceled by you.

My dryer broke a roller unexpectedly and I called for service on a Wednesday. Service was scheduled for the Thursday but mid day I was notified that due to scheduling issues it had to be rescheduled. Luckily, a slot was available for Friday. This time Kyle showed up on time and quickly fixed the dryer. All is good in the world! Kyle was pleasant and efficient, which is all I can ask for.
