Gabriel was professional and very courteous. Both service men that came were great. The only issue I had was the scheduling. One appointment no one showed up and no one bothered to call me and tell me they weren't coming. I sat home from 8:00 to 5:00 for nothing. I did call the next day and complained to both Sears and American Home Shield and an new date and time was immediately made and Gabriel kept me updated with his approximate arrival.
