If you had listened to Gabriel when the first repair part was not a solution then there would not have necessary to have a tech come a 3rd time. Gaberiel is a real pro and I will ask for him in the future.

Gabriel was very professional and able to diagnose the issue quickly. Although unable to repair at the time of the visit (due to the size/cost of the repair and warranty) he was very helpful setting expectations of what needs to happen next.
