He was kind, Polite and professional . He was here when he said he would be and took care of the problem in the manner he promised. He also answered some other questions we had about the refrigerator. It was a pleasant experience and the problem was resolved! We are very pleased!

Devin did an awesome job. Friendly person. Felt safe with him being in our home. But from our first encounter with sears. They didn't keep us update about the part. I had to call them 3 to 4 weeks later , what's up with the part. No follow up but when I called then they got the part here in 2 days. If it took them 2 days, why did it take 3-4 weeks. No communication
