Gabriel was very professional. However I knew what was wrong and spent $100 to have him say better off buying new. Someone could have given me an estimate over the phone and I would have canceled service call.

Ben service was fine. Hence the four stars. But for everything else I give zero stars. So we thought washer was fixed until the next day when we tried to use washer and it did same thing he was supposed to fix. Had to reschedule and we were told they had to order original parts to fix not generic which Ben used.. So now we are two and a half weeks without washer. The worse thing is we received parts and they are sitting here. So when we try and contact someone to let them know and maybe they could move repair up, we can't speak to anyone and the recording says our parts haven't shipped yet!!!! This is really poor service!
