Ben service was fine. Hence the four stars. But for everything else I give zero stars. So we thought washer was fixed until the next day when we tried to use washer and it did same thing he was supposed to fix. Had to reschedule and we were told they had to order original parts to fix not generic which Ben used.. So now we are two and a half weeks without washer. The worse thing is we received parts and they are sitting here. So when we try and contact someone to let them know and maybe they could move repair up, we can't speak to anyone and the recording says our parts haven't shipped yet!!!! This is really poor service!

I spoke with Gabriel via phone conversation, with him letting me know that he would be aty home in 30 minutes. I didn't know whether he had an arrogant attitude or it's was his personality the way he talked, like he didn't want to be bothered. Once he arrived at my house I wasn't there but my sister was there to greet him. She stated to me that when Gabriel entered my home, he asked her where's the dryer. Now she didn't know what took place with our conversation earlier. She stated she showed him the where the dryer was located and then took a seat in the den. She thought about what had just took place. She got up went back into the laundry room and confronted Gabriel about entering the home and not identifying himself to her. His response was, he thought that she was the lady that he spoke with on the phone. Even if it was or wasn't me the professional way was to him to say good morning, introduce himself, state the company in which he work for and then ask her where the dryer was located. Once he finished,she asked him if a personal check was acceptable, he said no. The information that was sent to me showed me the forms of payments which is visa, MasterCard, Bank Card or personal check. If that information is incorrect then it needs to be corrected.

After having this dishwasher LOOKED at for the third time, I had to show the repairman what was wrong. The second time here, he removed a metal bar at the bottom of the door which kept the gasket in place. I thought he was going to bring it back. No. He said that if Choice could not find the part, "they will contact you with other options". I expressed my concerns with the representative, the second time he was here and that the piece that was NOW missing was in place prior to his second visit. He said we was sent the wrong gasket and he would be back. Usually, any parts ordered are sent to our home first, then arrangements are made for a visit. One day prior to the appointment date, I advised Choice that we had not receive anything. She said she would inform Sears. Then I got an email from Sears saying the techs have parts in their vehicles. Three times and still we have a leaking dishwasher, looked at by a tech who was not familiar with this dishwasher. And yes, I Googled it and saw the repair that SHOULD have happened. Very disappointed. Possibly a GE technician would have been a better-informed repairman.

No one returned to install my unit I had to pay out of pocket to have it installed. I am not renewing my warranty as of 13 March 2026. Please except my cancellation.

Sure wish the code for $25.00 off repair like promised could be credited. Not fair the technician couldn't get the code to work. As you see by the photos we were overcharged! No customer service to Talk to about this situation.
