I spoke with Gabriel via phone conversation, with him letting me know that he would be aty home in 30 minutes. I didn't know whether he had an arrogant attitude or it's was his personality the way he talked, like he didn't want to be bothered. Once he arrived at my house I wasn't there but my sister was there to greet him. She stated to me that when Gabriel entered my home, he asked her where's the dryer. Now she didn't know what took place with our conversation earlier. She stated she showed him the where the dryer was located and then took a seat in the den. She thought about what had just took place. She got up went back into the laundry room and confronted Gabriel about entering the home and not identifying himself to her. His response was, he thought that she was the lady that he spoke with on the phone. Even if it was or wasn't me the professional way was to him to say good morning, introduce himself, state the company in which he work for and then ask her where the dryer was located. Once he finished,she asked him if a personal check was acceptable, he said no. The information that was sent to me showed me the forms of payments which is visa, MasterCard, Bank Card or personal check. If that information is incorrect then it needs to be corrected.

Sears sent wrong parts multiple times. Wasted time trying to get a human on the phone. Tech did the best he could. Not happy with Sears.

I called Sears when I made the appointment and said I need stove knobs . And one burner not turning on. They said that the technician would call and I could explain what I need . I did that and still he didn't bring any knobs to replace the broken ones. And he didn't fix the one burner that wasn't working. Once before I had a technician fix the same problem I had with a burner not turning on. So I don't recommend calling Sears service.

the repair man was very nice, called in the morning to say what time he would be there and arrived alittle early. He felt there was no leak in the dishwassher after running it afew minutes off and on. He told me to watch it and called if it continues to leak. He felt it had leaked due to my runsing off the dishes so well before putting them in the dishwasher. Well, the next morning I ran it with a full load and it started to leak at one point in the washing cycle. I called to have someone come back. He did not solve the problem

He did a good job on my Dryer. But, my washing machines is still broken. Keeps throwing parts at it and my washing machines had been broken for 2 1/2 months. Not good!!!

The success of the repair is unknown until unit is cooled BUT the aftermath of the brazing dust/soot is unbelievable. No attempt to clean it up nor any attempt to advise me the homeowner of it's existence until I sent text to technician asking about the black door all over everything in my kitchen from ceiling to floor.

First appointment to troubleshoot fridge was scheduled between 8am and 12noon. Was notified at 12:30pm that appt was being rescheduled for next day between 8-12. That appointment was missed as well. Technician did show up after 3pm. Sears Home Services makes it nearly impossible to speak with a live person. I then got several conflicting texts and emails indicating the next appointment had to be rescheduled because the necessary part hadn't arrived. It had actually arrived several days earlier. When I did eventually speak to a live representative they confirmed the appointment did NOT need to be rescheduled and that the part was noted as having arrived. Technician did arrive on time for the final appointment to install the part. Very disappointed with communications with provider and of 3 scheduled appointments, they only arrived on time once.
