Sears was chosen by my warranty company to fix my stove. Sadly, the wrong part was installed and was not replaced until weeks later. When a second problem arose, one of the two new parts were ordered incorrectly so once again I have to wait for that to come in. Regards customer service- the first technician was very apathetic and annoyed when I asked if the problem I was having was common and if he had any recommendations for a new stove. He limited his answers to one word. He was also the one that installed the wrong part. The second technician was nicer and more helpful which I appreciated but he was the one that ordered the wrong part for the second issue. The one positive thing I suppose was the ease of rescheduling and the reminders about the appointment. If I had a choice, I would not use Sears service again unfortunately.

Our second tech was great in spite of the company he works for. Sears, however, is a case study on A.I. fails - weeks of delays, no-shows, poor communication, and zero customer service. Comically Ironic Update: The number provided by the response bot below is [drum roll] also an AI bot! After following all the prompts, I was again ultimately told there are no live agents.

Totally over scheduled their day and never honored the appointment I made 5 days ago. Do not use if you have a one day window like I did today. Drove 2 1/2 hours to the beach to make sure I was here and waited 8 hours at the house for them only to have to start over with another vendor. Washing machine repair.

This ended up being one of the biggest goat rodeos I’ve ever gone through. Sears was contracted to repair my cooktop by my home warranty company. They do not offer any possibility of dealing with a human for scheduling. It is 100% driven by an AI bot. I got scheduled for service 5 different times (And the only timeframe they will offer is between 8-5 so you sit and wait ALL day). You get 20 texts and emails reminding you of your appointment, but the NO ONE shows up. At the end of the day you get new texts saying they are rescheduling, and pick a new day/time. It is ALWAYS another two weeks out or more. My first appointment was scheduled for Dec 5. They finally got it fixed on Feb 20! Deplorable service. All of above said - Kyle, the actual tech was terrific. None of the issues were his fault. It is all due to the stupid useless AI bot that runs to process. If you are thinking about using these folks my advice is RUN, not walk to someone else!

The technician never came to my house although a completed work order was put in. I still have the parts and a broken refrigerator. This repair was done thru AHS and they were billed for a repair that wasn’t done

Absolutely the worst There times to be home is 8:00am-5pm Twice they never showed The 2 times they showed up they ordered the wrong part. We have been working with them since November and dryer is still not fixed. Absolutely awful Stay away Scam Scam Scam You cant call them The technician said he wont know what time he is coming till 20 min before Its awful

Terrence tried but this is 4th Sears Tech failed repair visit with replacement parts under Master Protection Agreement Warranty. Repair was again not successful, no cooling fridge or freezer. This all started August 29,2025 with no fridge or freezer cooling!!! The techs don't show sometimes, when they do they don't know issues or history, install parts incorrectly some, parts needed did not arrive once and you inform Sears and they do not respond, and you can never call back or talk to a human--only BOTS. Per Master Protection Agreement Warranty ITS TIME TO JUST GIVE ME THE MONEY TO REPLACE THE REFRIGERATOR--Sears has not/is not successfully repairing it. 4 times and not repaired!! THEY FAIL, FAIL, FAIL. Enough is enough. This is as bad and ugly as it reads. Does anyone at Sears Care????? Going to 3 TV stations soon--I have meticulously documented everything. AND GET THIS. TRYING TO SET UP RETURN APPOINTMENT AND THE TECH BOT NOW WILL ONLY SCHEDULE A COLLECT CALL TO ME TO TELL ME MY REFRIGERATOR IS NOT REPAIRED FOR $119. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GET A WARRANTY WITH SEARS NOW. AS HORRIBLE AS IT HAS BEEN TO ME I DO NOT WANT IT TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.
