Did Jonathan fixed my dryer? Yes. Was he within the designated window block of time and close to the designated time? Yes. Did he clean out the dust while working on the dryer? No. I have figured out that this is not something Sears does. They are not “cleaners”. They are repair people. While the parts were disassembled, I asked to clean certain parts of all the lint dust over the years. So, Jonathan did his job of repairing my machine, but didn’t go above and beyond in cleaning out the older machine. I rated him 5 star because he repaired the machine well, he had the knowledge to do so, and he performed his task.

Angelo was such a fine young man. Personable, knowledgeable and respectful. It was a pleasure having him here. He was here on a Friday and a new A/C unit was approved through my home warranty. I have yet to be contacted about the new unit. I am a senior citizen with many health issues including breathing problems and cancers. The weather here has been extremely hot with heat advisories for the past 5 days. I really need the A/C unit installed as soon as humanly possible.
