Technician came and was very knowledgeable about the issue. He said was the clamp of the hose was not properly installed. He did a test and stay for almost 15 minutes and so far no water is leaking.

Great service. They came out and repaired my DW in minutes. They showed up on time. The tech was very knowledgeable. He offered me a Seare Home Appliance service plan, which I took. It is a great deal at $60.00 per month for all my appliances. I would recommend Sears Home Services to anyone, and I am really picky.

Our serviceman, Willie, was knowledgeable and thorough. He found the initial cause of our problem, which an electrician fixed because Willie wasn't an electrician. Once repaired, we have detected yet another problem with same system.

Technician George came to diagnose my Craftsman riding mower. This is my second time working with George he knows absolutely everything about anything mechanical. My tractor which I've had for 20 years had no energy, was moving very slow. George quickly diagnosed the problem explained why it was performing the way it was and fixed it, saving me thousands of dollars over the replacement cost of a new machine. Now it works *better** than new. It was also quick and efficient scheduling the service online you can bet I'll be back.
