Terence from Sears was absolutely fantastic! He arrived promptly and was incredibly professional from the start. He explained the process of replacing our water filter housing unit clearly and concisely. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and he kept us informed every step of the way. Terence even flushed out the lines and rechecked for leaks to ensure everything worked properly. We couldn't be happier with his service. Highly recommend!

Willie was outstanding, he listened, informed me what he was going to investigate. Once he found the issues, knowing my frustration with the prior company Choice sent. He went out of his way to obtain the parts needed and fixed the problem. He was terrific!
