Mike was nice and explained the issue and my options for the repair. Unfortunately, the repair was costly (nearly as much as a new microwave) I would have been more likely to have gone with the repair if he had the necessary part on the truck. No part was available - even though I had given all the information about the problem when I made the appointment.
