My service man that came out and fixed our dryer did a very good job and was very patient and answered all questions we had for him when he came out both times.

Phillip, the Sears technician that worked on my washing machine was great. The overall Sears service, not so much. Too much “AI” involvement. I would have liked to actually talk to a person for this repair. There were so many things an AI can’t do. It has a script, and if anything deviates from that script, it’s lost. There needs to be an actual person option

Phillip was knowlegable and professional. He explained what the problem was. I did end up buying a new clothers dryer instead of spending money to have it repaired.... I bought it Lowe's home to match my washing machine.
