The technician was fine, nice guy, had no problems geting on to base but after he left the same error code came up so it's still not fixed

So I have not been served. You went to the wrong address, despite the fact that corrected it online to my current address. Maybe if someone live would contact me instead of A. I. This would not have happened

I called sears at 1 pm and was told that a worker would be at my home anytime from 1 - 5 pm to work on my dishwasher. I was also told I would get a text about the information regarding the repair request. I called again at 2:30 pm and was told that my appointment was confirmed for today, yet I still did not get a text, I was told to go online to check out my appointment info, but I couldn’t do that because I would need my order number which would be sent in a text. 3:30 I call again and was told my appointment is confirmed for today. 4:20 i call again and am told that my technician has cancelled. I call again and speak to someone else, and am told I was never given a technician. Worst customer service of my life. I wasted half a day, and my dishwasher is still broken and beeping.

Thomas N got my Dishwasher up and running. He is very personable and professional. I give him 5 Stars. This 1 star rating is for way that Sears Appliance Repair is being ran. I would love to actually have a conversation with the person who runs the company and has decision power. I have had previous problems with my Refrigerator and Washing Machine, which took almost 9 months to resolve. Sears was “the” Industry Titan that could be trusted to stand be their word. You can’t even get on the phone to talk to a supervisor to discuss an issue, you just get the run around. Update: Received the same canned answer by getting the website and the same run around phone number. If you were actually concerned about solving customer issues you would change the way business was being conducted and contact the customer to solve issues.
